Insulation Modules

Pre-folded fibre modules with anchoring for industrial furnace linings in RCF & AES grades.

Ceramic fibre modules are pre-folded blocks of high-temperature fibre blanket that mount directly against the steel shell of a process or heat-treatment furnace as wall, ceiling or side-panel lining. They are the workhorse choice for melting and annealing furnaces, sintering kilns, tunnel kilns, bogie hearth furnaces, chamber-wall builds and patch repairs where a fast-installing, heat-resistant and thermally efficient block is needed. The pre-folded geometry builds a continuous fibre layer without flat joints, suppressing the hot spots and energy leakage that show up at every flat-blanket seam. The modular form also keeps maintenance manageable: damaged sections are swapped out without dismantling the whole lining. Modules ship in several fibre chemistries: bio-soluble AES fibre (Insulfrax, Superwool, Superwool Prime) up to roughly 1300°C where worker exposure and regulatory exemption matter, classical aluminosilicate / RCF (Fiberfrax Durablanket S/Z, with Durablanket 1430 HP covering the highest class) for heavy industrial duty, and polycrystalline (Saffil) for the highest temperature classes. Each module is supplied with an integrated anchoring system — typically a stainless-steel comb anchor — matched to your furnace shell. Module dimensions, blanket densities and steel grades are specified to your furnace design and quoted on request.
